How many emails do I get?

Can I see each email before it is sent?
Yes. You can approve each email first, or let it send automatically.
Who do the emails go to?
Your own list of contacts. We send each email to it for you.
What's in the monthly performance report?
Every plan includes it: opens, clicks, unsubscribes and list growth, your best emails, and what we will try next month.
Can I buy a single newsletter or report?
Yes. An email newsletter is £59 + VAT, and a one-off email report is £59 + VAT. Each is paid once, with no subscription.
What's the difference between newsletters and automations?
Newsletters go to your list on a schedule. Automations send themselves when someone does something: joins your list, leaves a basket, buys, or hasn't bought for a while. Email Ultimate includes both.
Which email platform do automations use?
Your own. We build them in the email platform you already use; we just need access.
Do I need a paid plan on my email platform?
Only if you want more emails or automations than your current plan covers. We check first, and any upgrade is paid directly to your email provider.
Which automations can you set up?
Welcome series, abandoned basket (for shops), welcome back for lapsed customers, after-purchase and review requests, and birthday emails.
- Emails are sent through your own email system. No email system yet? We set one up for you free of charge: you only pay your email provider directly for their own plan.
- All prices + VAT. Plans are monthly: cancel anytime. Pay a year upfront and get 2 months free. Setup is free. Items priced "each" or "one-off" are paid once.
- Automations run on your own email system: we only need access. If your plan with your provider needs an upgrade for automations, you pay the provider directly.
- We only email people who have agreed to hear from you or are existing customers, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Basket and order emails need your shop connected to your email platform.
- Every month your report shows every email we sent and how it did.
