- Your platform costs, paid directly by you: hosting for WordPress, or the Shopify plan (from £19 a month billed yearly, or £25 billed monthly), plus any paid theme or app, and card fees to Stripe, PayPal or Shopify.
- Your logo and brand colours: plus your business information (services, prices, areas and opening hours), or your current website for us to work from.
- Your photos: if you have them. If not, we use copyright-free images.
- Your product list: or a CSV with prices, photos and stock, if you sell online.
- A payment account in your own name: Stripe, PayPal or Shopify Payments.
- Admin access: to your hosting or Shopify store, so we can build it there.
- Your policy wording: we add standard privacy, cookie, delivery and returns page templates for you to check.
Website Care
- Admin access that stays in place: so we can run updates, backups and checks every month.

- Your brand, your way. We build from the logo and colours you send. Logo and brand design are not included.
- Accounts in your name. Your domain, hosting, Shopify plan, paid themes, apps and plugins are paid by you, directly to each provider.
- Proven, ready-made tools. We use trusted themes, plugins and apps, so there is no custom code to look after. Custom code, bespoke plugins and apps are quoted separately.
- Focused on what you need. Booking systems, memberships, subscriptions and links to stock, accounting, ERP or CRM systems are not part of these packages. Ask us for a quote.
- A clean, simple move. Moving a large shop, beyond the tier’s pages and products or more than a simple CSV import, is quoted separately.
- Your own photos. Photography, filming and translations are not included.
- Growth when you want it. Ongoing SEO, ads and email marketing are separate plans, so you only add them when you are ready.

- You choose any paid extras. Paid bot plans, Nitro and server boosts are optional, and you pay Discord or the bot provider directly.
- Your own branding. We work from the logo and banner you send. Logo and graphic design are not included.
- Your team runs it. Day-to-day moderation and community management stay with you, using the tools and guide we set up.
- A server ready for members. Member numbers and activity depend on your community, so we never promise them.
- A fresh build. Every package is a new server setup. Moving an old server across is not included.

What counts as a page or a product?
A page is one web page, such as Home, About or a service. A product is one item: its sizes and colours (variants) count as one product.
How do I learn to run my website?

Is there a monthly fee for a website?
No. Each website package is a one-off price + VAT. Website Care is optional, from £29 a month + VAT.
What does Website Care include?
Updates, daily backups, security and uptime checks, a set amount of changes each month and products added or updated for you. Care Growth adds a monthly speed check and Care Ultimate a monthly written report.
How do I ask for Website Care changes?
By email or a written message. We do the work within your monthly allowance and confirm it in writing.
Can I pay for Website Care yearly?
Yes. Pay a year upfront and get 2 months free. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime.
How long does Discord or Telegram setup take?
Starter takes 1 day, Standard 2 days and Advanced 3 days. The time starts once we have your brief, your logo and admin access.
Do you need my Discord or Telegram login?
No. You add our account as an admin (on Discord you can also create the server from our template link). You keep your own login, phone number and two-step verification, and you can remove us after handover.
Which bots do you use?
Discord Starter uses Discord's built-in AutoMod, with no bots. Discord Standard adds Carl-bot, and Advanced up to 2 more. Telegram Standard adds a free, well-known group bot for anti-spam and moderation, and Advanced a free feed bot for auto-posting.
Can you build a custom bot?
