AI Terms of Use

These Artificial Intelligence Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of any artificial intelligence–enabled features provided by The Powerful Group Limited, including by users, customers, and any individual who accesses or interacts with AI-powered forms, tools, websites, or web pages operated or made available by The Powerful Group Limited (collectively, the “Platform”).

These Terms apply and are legally enforceable in every jurisdiction where the AI services and functionality described herein are offered or used. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and AI Policy, as well as our general Terms of Use, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference where applicable.

Before using any AI-related features on the Platform, you must carefully review and agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use any AI functionality. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Powerful Group Limited concerning the use of artificial intelligence services.

By engaging with any AI tools, including conversational interfaces, you acknowledge and agree that your interactions may be recorded and processed by us and/or our service partners for operational, support, and improvement purposes.

Do not communicate with our AI systems or any live representatives via AI-powered interfaces unless you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

“AI Functionality” refers to all artificial intelligence–based features, tools, services, products, agents, integrations, and capabilities made available by or through the Platform, including those accessible via websites, links, or URLs operated by The Powerful Group Limited.

References to “use” or “using” AI Functionality include accessing, creating, configuring, interacting with, submitting information to, or otherwise engaging with any AI-powered feature.

“You” or “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform or AI Functionality, including free or trial users, whether acting in a personal capacity or on behalf of an employer, organization, or other entity.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using any AI Functionality, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and that you are legally permitted to do so. If you are using the AI Functionality on behalf of an organization or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and The Powerful Group Limited. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using any AI Functionality.

3. Input and Output

Any data, text, audio, or other content submitted, entered, or provided by you or your users in connection with AI tools—such as AI agents, chatbots, or AI-powered phone interactions—is referred to as “Input.”

Any content, data, or responses generated or returned by the AI Functionality as a result of your use is referred to as “Output.”

You may use Output only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not sell, license, or redistribute Output as a standalone or proprietary product without prior written approval from The Powerful Group Limited.

You grant The Powerful Group Limited a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use your Input solely for operating, maintaining, improving, and supporting the Platform and its AI Functionality.

4. Acknowledgements and Rights

By using the AI Functionality, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI systems are not human, even if they appear conversational or human-like. Any names, images, or voices used are simulated and do not represent real individuals unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• If you use voice simulation or cloning features, you are responsible for informing all participants that the voice is artificial or simulated.

• Certain AI features are provided through third-party service providers (“Providers”).

• The Powerful Group Limited does not design, control, or guarantee the performance, availability, or suitability of third-party AI tools or integrations.

• You are solely responsible for any AI agents or automated systems you create and for their interactions with third parties.

• Input and Output may be processed by Providers in locations outside your country of residence, and you consent to such processing.

• Providers may access and process Input as required to deliver AI services.

• If your Input contains personal or sensitive data, it may be processed by Providers, subject to reasonable safeguards.

• You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all Input.

• AI-generated Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, legal, financial, or personal advice.

• While The Powerful Group Limited does not use Input to train its own AI models, third-party Providers may do so under their own policies.

• AI service Providers are intended third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

5. Use Restrictions

You are solely responsible for how you use the AI Functionality and for any AI-driven tools you create.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to privacy, data protection, and intellectual property.

The AI Functionality must not be used for:

• Misrepresenting AI as a real person

• Impersonating individuals or entities

• Unauthorized voice cloning

• Any activity prohibited by applicable law or these Terms

The Powerful Group Limited reserves the right to remove or disable any AI tools or agents at its sole discretion if a violation is suspected.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit any AI Functionality provided by The Powerful Group Limited or its Providers.

6. Use of Data

You are solely responsible for any information or data collected from third parties through AI tools or forms created using the Platform.

You authorize The Powerful Group Limited to access, use, and display Input, Output, and related data as necessary to operate and support the Platform, provide customer support, ensure system security, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our rights.

We do not use your data to train our AI or language models and do not retain it beyond what is necessary to provide access to the Platform and AI services.

If you use AI Functionality to collect personal data from individuals in the European Union, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable EU data protection requirements.
