Quality management policy
The Powerful Group Limited (“we”, “us”) runs Powerful Digital Marketing, Powerful Reviews and Powerful Tickets. This policy explains how we make sure the work we deliver meets our clients’ requirements, and how we keep improving.
Effective date: 27 October 2026
Our commitment
We aim to deliver work that meets the agreed brief, on time and within the agreed budget, and to learn from anything that goes wrong. We do not hold ISO 9001 certification. This policy describes how we manage quality in a business of our size.
Who this policy covers
This policy covers all services provided by Powerful Digital Marketing, Powerful Reviews and Powerful Tickets, including work delivered for us by freelancers, partners and subcontractors.
How we manage quality
Confirming the brief. Every job has a written brief, confirmed with the client before work starts. It sets out the objective, audience, deliverables, deadline, budget and who approves the work.
Planning. Larger jobs have a written plan and timeline that the client signs off.
Checking work. Work is reviewed before delivery, for accuracy, spelling, brand, accessibility, legal and advertising-code compliance, and working links and tracking.
Approvals. Nothing goes live, to print or to a third party without the client’s written approval. We keep approvals with the job record.
Partners and freelancers. Partners and freelancers work to a written brief or specification. Print, outdoor and media services are delivered through partners who work as part of our extended team. We check their work before we invoice the client, for example print proofs, proof of posting, media delivery reports and travel documents, where they apply.
Records. We keep job records, versions, approvals and invoices for 6 years, or longer if a contract requires it.
Measuring results. We agree measures of success with each client and review them at a frequency agreed with each client. We ask for client feedback at the end of each project and at regular client reviews.
Putting things right. We log errors and complaints, find the cause, correct them and take steps to stop them happening again. Andrew Todd reviews the log at least every three months. Complaints are handled under our complaints procedure.
Training. Everyone who works for us is trained on these procedures at induction and at least once a year, as set out in our training and development policy.
Responsibilities and review
Andrew Todd, CEO, is responsible for this policy. At least once a year he reviews this policy, the results against client measures and the log of errors and complaints, and sets improvement objectives for the year ahead.
