Responsible use of AI policy
The Powerful Group Limited (“we”, “us”) runs Powerful Digital Marketing, Powerful Reviews and Powerful Tickets. We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools in our work and in some of the services we sell. This policy explains how we use AI responsibly and what clients can expect from us.
Effective date: 27 October 2026
Our commitment
AI helps us work faster, but people stay responsible for everything we deliver. We will use AI openly, check its output, and protect our clients’ information.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to everyone who works for us, including employees, freelancers and contractors, whenever they use AI tools for our work or our clients’ work.
How we use AI
We use AI tools to help with research, drafting, data analysis, reporting and SEO monitoring. Some of our services, such as AI chatbots and agents, the AI Content Studio and website pages at scale, use AI to create content or talk to the public on a client’s behalf.
Our rules
- People check the work. A named person reviews, edits and approves AI-assisted work before we deliver it. For AI chatbots and agents that answer people in real time, where each answer cannot be checked first, we test them before launch, monitor them and correct problems quickly.
- We are responsible. We are responsible for all work we deliver, whether or not AI helped to create it.
- We protect information. We do not enter personal data, client confidential information or confidential tender documents into public AI tools. We only use client data with AI tools on business or enterprise terms that include data protection and confidentiality commitments and do not use what we enter to train AI models.
- We check facts. We check facts, figures and claims against their source before we use them.
- We are open about AI images, voices and video. We only use AI-generated images, voices or video with the client’s prior written approval (an email is fine), and we make clear when content is AI-generated where that matters to the audience. We never create realistic images, voices or video of real people without their consent.
- We answer honestly. If a client or buyer asks whether AI was used in our work, including in a tender response, we tell them.
